1. The current demo
This policy describes Ladder Interface’s current website and demo account forms. The login and sign-up demos process form entries only in the page to show validation and a demo result. They do not send those entries to an account service, save them in browser storage, create an account, or take payment. Successful demo submission clears the entries; leaving the page also discards its form state. Please use made-up details.
2. Information used to deliver the site
Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes information needed to deliver and secure requests, such as IP addresses, requested URLs, browser or device information, timestamps, and error or security logs. This helps deliver pages, diagnose faults, and protect the service.
If you contact support, the contact details, message, and any purchase information you choose to provide may be used to respond, investigate a problem, or handle a refund. Please avoid including sensitive information that is not needed for your request.
3. Browser preferences
The site uses local storage to remember interface preferences such as theme, color palette, and Dev Mode. These preferences stay in your browser until you change them or clear the site’s storage. Clearing browser site data resets them. The demo forms do not create authentication cookies or save passwords.
4. Providers and external content
Hosting and any support providers receive information needed to provide their services. Catalog examples may load images, fonts, videos, or other resources from third-party services. Those services can receive ordinary request information, including your IP address and browser details, and handle it under their own policies. Following external links takes you to sites we do not control.
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when legally required or when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, or enforce our terms.
5. Retention and security
Demo form entries are not retained by us. Browser preferences remain until cleared. Support records are retained only as needed to resolve requests, keep necessary transaction records, meet legal obligations, or handle disputes. Hosting logs follow the provider’s applicable retention settings.
We use HTTPS to protect information in transit. No online service can guarantee complete security. Hosting or support processing may take place outside your country, subject to the protections required by applicable law.
6. Your choices and requests
You can use the library without submitting demo account details and can clear stored preferences in your browser. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, or object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to make a request; we may need reasonable information to verify it. You may also have the right to contact your local privacy authority.
7. Future changes
Real accounts, payment processing, and additional analytics are not part of these demo forms. Before introducing materially different data practices, we will update this policy and provide any notice or choice required by law. The date above identifies the latest revision.
