1. Using Ladder Interface
These terms apply to your use of Ladder Interface at ladderinterface.com and its UI library. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. You must be legally able to enter into an agreement, or use the service with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian.
The current login and sign-up pages are demonstrations. Submitting them does not create an account, authenticate you, start a subscription, or charge you.
2. Your projects and the library
You may use and adapt components you are entitled to access in your own personal or commercial projects, subject to any license shown with the item or your plan. You remain responsible for testing your implementation, accessibility, security, and compliance with the requirements of your project.
You may not resell or redistribute the library, its source files, or substantially unchanged components as a competing UI kit, template collection, or component marketplace. Do not share paid access or remove required copyright or license notices.
Third-party code, fonts, images, logos, and other assets may have their own licenses. A preview or reference does not grant ownership or permission to use someone else’s assets. Check those licenses before including them in a published project.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
When real accounts are available, provide accurate details and keep your credentials secure. Do not impersonate others, bypass access restrictions, distribute malware, unlawfully copy content, or disrupt the service. We may restrict access for a material breach of these terms, with notice where reasonable.
4. Paid plans and cancellations
If you purchase a plan, its price, billing interval, included access, and any taxes will be shown before payment. A monthly plan renews until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not itself create a refund entitlement.
A lifetime purchase is a one-time payment for the purchased product’s lifetime. It does not mean the buyer’s lifetime or promise every future product, service, or feature. The plan description at purchase controls what is included.
Refunds follow our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms removes a right or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
5. Availability and responsibility
We aim to provide a useful, working library, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every browser, framework, modification, or third-party service. Product descriptions and supported requirements remain relevant to your refund eligibility.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, or losses caused by your modifications or misuse. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or any liability that cannot legally be limited.
6. Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. We may update these terms as the service changes and will revise the date on this page. Material changes will be communicated where required. Changes do not retroactively remove rights relating to an earlier purchase.
